Secondly I did finish my NAPFA today... I just had to finish up my sit and reach...
In conclusion... Shuttle run - 9.5 secs(A..and happy with it) 2.4km run - 13.03 mins(Don't know B or C...Fuck this 13.03mins) Inclined pull up- 51(A..Not really very happy..i never chiiong forthis...constant speed) Standing broad jump - 240cm(A...fucking not happy...Had cough on that day if not can 250cm) Sit and Reach - 44(A...yea...gotta admin that i can't stretch... )': )

Yesterday wanted to go gym but in the end never... All Willie's fault la... Dun wan "pei" me go..
So we stayed in school... Helped some sec ones for their 2.4 napfa test... Basically helped Mr. Melky record time.. Haha.. Saw two girls walk for first round... WHAT THE FART... Its a test come on...this is not a stroll in the park...
Then after that went for basketball training.. Got a new coach.. Coach Martin..
Well he tells things straight to our faces... All i can say from him is..."P.R.O" Yupp..Just by a few lay-ups.. He knew that i can jump high and Willie can shoot hoops Pro zai..
Coach that day keep bullying Yi jian.. Poor guy... Remember hor... Wrist,forearm,thigh,hamstring,knee,ankle
If not you need to do your push-ups... Haiz that Chang Yuan.. Coach ask others do push-ups he "gay kiang"(ps...dunno how spell) Go do..then need do more than others...
Talking about push-ups..hai..me and Willie were the first do do push-ups from him..
At the end of the day...He's really a good coach...

Today got BB... Finally can go...
Today we went to Singapore Discovery Centre... This is the place where officers train..
